MUDITA is not responsible for any lost, delayed, damaged or stolen products once they are in the hands of USPS. If any mistake/accident is made with your order on behalf of MUDITA, please contact us via the 'Contact' page for a resolution.

*PLEASE MAKE SURE TO ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ADDRESS BEFORE SUBMITTING AN ORDER AS THIS IS A HUGE INCONVENIENCE FOR BOTH THE SELLER AND CUSTOMER*

Please understand that processing and shipping times are not the same. Processing is the time period in which an order is fulfilled, NOT shipped. Orders are currently processed within 1-5 business days after purchase. Please wait the whole 5 days before reaching out in regards of an order being shipped. Orders are shipped with USPS which can take an additional  1-5 business days for delivery. 

If interested in refund, return or exchange, please use the 'Contact' page below with name and order #. Refunds on returns and exchanges are only acceptable if products are returned unused and sealed as they were once packaged and shipped. Please don't hesitate to contact for any further questions!
